Each tele-class will consist of instruction and exercises, a short meditation and some question and answer time. It is very important to find a comfortable chair to sit in and to wear a headset, so you may relax and connect deeply with your soul, Source and multi-dimensional aspects of Self. The classes may create some healing reactions and releases, so warm clothing and a blanket nearby will be helpful. Most individuals will experience an emotional or physical release for a few days following the class. Eventually this will lead to a feeling of greater lightness, joy, and peace.
