Tele-Classes & Workshops Available Now!

No December Classes

Each tele-class will consist of approximately half meditation, and half instruction, with some question and answer time. It is very important to find a comfortable chair to sit in and to wear a headset, so you may relax and connect deeply with your soul. The meditations may create some healing reactions and releases, so warm clothing and maybe even a blanket nearby will be helpful. Some individuals may experience an emotional or physical release for a few days following the class, but eventually will lead to a feeling of greater lightness, joy, and peace afterwards.

Group Soul Coaching and Support Session

Join me for an hour long group session, in which you can ask the questions, get the  guidance, and understand some of the processes of shift, you are experiencing at this important time on earth.
