How do you begin to tell others who you are, when it has taken a lifetime to create you? As I look back, my whole life has prepared me for this time, when my guidance tells me it is time to share my gifts and wisdom with others on a serious spiritual path. I have been a daily meditator for 17 years. My transformation began as I awakened my Light Body. Soon after, my husband was diagnosed with cancer and died within a year. I cared for him during this time and his death offered me the gift of a huge transformation.

The morning after his funeral, I was startled awake with the memory of a vivid and powerful dream. In the dream, my husband begged me to cut him open with a chain saw to release the pain that had been torturing him. I refused and told him to go to the doctor and let them do it. He continued to beg, saying I was the only one who could do this; and to please, please help him. I finally agreed, and in full and living color, saw his solar plexus area opened and exposed to the blood and guts which were inside. Then I told him he needed to have a doctor stitch him up. He said I was the only one who could do so, and begged and pleaded until I agreed. I saw with clarity each stitch which penetrated his midsection, closing the gaping wound. He thanked me profusely for the assistance.

With this dream, I realized the power I had; to be able to slice into a person's energetic trauma, release it, and seal the site of injury. I was however, exhausted after this ordeal, and my own emotional traumas came rising to the surface to be released, transformed, and healed. My late husband repaid me through assisting and comforting me in the depths of my own energetic trauma and crisis. Since his physical death, we have maintained contact. This communication has strengthened and fine tuned my energetic intuition, and awareness of other's essence selves.

I have taught all ages, from infants through adults over the last 25 years. Teaching has been my greatest passion. In this role, I learned to coordinate, collaborate, encourage, and empower. Intuition became a tool for knowing when to provide information, insight, clarity, or when to allow someone to continue the inner process of self discovery. As a facilitator, I have worked with many groups of different sizes and compositions, learning much about group process and leadership styles. Besides being a voracious reader, and exploring energy medicine on my own, I have studied privately with teachers in many modalities of alternative and complementary approaches to healing.

With the combination of my skills gained through life experience, as well as my own transformational and spiritual journey, my business, Phoenix Rising was born in 2000. The phoenix was the mythical bird that was consumed by fire, so a new being could be resurrected from the ashes. In true spiritual growth, transformation at core level is necessary to gain access to truth and wisdom. The phoenix represents the capacity for vision and the ability to collect sensory information from the surrounding area and unfolding events.

In the year 2000 I embodied my soul. This was followed by entering the beginning stages of enlightenment in 2001. For ten years following, my Divine Self was increasing its Presence in my life and coordinating lessons and growth which took me beyond my greatest expectations. During these years, my guidance demanded I separate from my egoic pursuits, and learn to just Be. In the process of Being, I have entered the spiritual state of Self Realization. I have embodied my Divine Self; my omnipotent, omnipresent, and omniscient being.

My teaching and healing skills have no limit. When teaching, coaching, or healing, my omniscient and omnipotent self will connect with your full multidimensional Being. All multidimensional levels will be assessed as to your individual needs. The shift(s) will be initiated which are needed in the moment. My Divine Self will work in harmony and under the direction of your own divinity to slice through outmoded beliefs, thought patterns, and energetic imprints; manifesting new consciousness and potential.

Physically, I reside in a very rural area of Northern Minnesota. I live in a state of Oneness with all life around me. I AM pure consciousness. Often the birds, animals, and plant life bring me messages. They also assist me in co-creating my life and reality. A state of bliss, joy, peace, and love of divine proportions is my reality. My soul purpose is to share with others, the keys to the kingdom of this paradise as well. I am here to serve and help co-create the new world.
